Updating firmware on ML-300 platform

(PPM-300, PPU-300, GPU-300)

To update firmware you will first need to install Picus from DEIF website. Use the following link: Download software for Multi-line 300 PICUS ver. 1.x.x (deif.com) and enter email, upon which a mail will be sent to download software from. Make sure to install BONJOUR whilst installing PICUS, otherwise it will not be able to operate

Now install the newest firmware for the Unit you wish to update:

PPM-300: Download Multi-line 300 PPM 300 ver. 1.x.x (deif.com)

PPU-300: Download Software for Multi-line 300 PPU 300 ver. 1.x.x (deif.com)

GPU-300: Download Multi-line 300 GPU 300 ver. 1.x.x (deif.com)

Procedure is the same as PICUS download

After downloading firmware and installing PICUS. Do the following

1. Open PICUS and connect to the device you wish to update with ethernet cable into one of the available ports on the PCM3.1 card
2. Connect to the controller that is to be updated by marking it and pressing connect, password to admin level should be either 00000004 or 0 unless changed

and if the display needs update, go in display tab and choose DU_app.
